From 11am – 5pm on Sunday 11th June, enjoy a day of pork and pinot, with plenty of fire pits to keep you warm and live music to keep you entertained all day! We’ll also have our brand new heated marquee onsite making this a guaranteed all weather event!
This year’s menu is curated by Montalto’s Culinary Creative Director Matt Wilkinson, noted food writer Richard Cornish along with Andrew Gray from Raw Materials. Menu highlights include wood-roasted pork over the Asado fire, crispy porchetta on Miller’s baps with Montalto estate-grown apple sauce and plenty of paella with local mussels and chorizo, cooked over flames. Vego? Enjoy locally foraged mushroom ragu with barley risotto.
To drink, there’ll be plenty of Montalto and Tucks Pinot Noir, along with gin from our friends at Bass & Flinders.
